Everything appears to be playing catch-up.  More and more listings are coming on the market and values never really did decrease! Find more information about this below.

With that being said, this will be the last weekly Covid-19 post, and I will return back to my monthly updates.  As I stated last week, I truly appreciate everyone who has followed along, asked questions, and engaged with me.

For this week, let’s take a step back and look at Year To Date prices (through the end of May) vs. 2019 same time period.

Take a look below – do you see an area where the median price DID NOT increase?  The answer is NO!!!  Comparing January through the end of May 2019 to 2020’s same time period you’ll see the median home price went up in each area of Whatcom County.  NOW THAT’S WHAT I CALL APPRECIATION!!
